GRAJEDA ADU
Located in 114 Meadowlark Ave, Chula Vista CA. An ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit) project requested by owner Agustin Grajeda. The owner wanted to maximize his lot building area and add an additional income by incorporating a new independent residence building at the side of the existing residence. A new retaining wall was required to maximize circulation and utilize a space that was not available before
TJ CONDO
A project located in Tijuana, Mexico. It shows an example of interior modern design. Vertical and horizontal elements were incorporated as to emulate a minimalistic approach with light colors, concrete finishes and wood elements as guiding bases that translate to a high -end residential design. The ideas and concepts for this project were developed and constructed.
Our History
Founded in 2017, our firm was born from a shared passion for architecture, design, and construction management.
With over 10 years of experience, Ricardo, a San Diego native, specializes in architectural design and construction management, holding degrees in Architecture (2014) and Construction Management (2019). Araceli, with a background in residential, commercial, and structural design, completed her first project in 2009 and later earned degrees in Architecture and Structural Design.
Together, we provide comprehensive architectural and construction solutions, handling everything from design consulting and permitting to full-scale project execution. Our mission is to deliver innovative, efficient, and high-quality projects across residential, commercial, housing, and industrial sectors.
